Justice ROBINSON for the Court.

The defendant, Angel Morales, appeals from a jury verdict finding him guilty of second-degree child molestation. As a result of this conviction, the defendant was sentenced to a term of fifteen years—two years to be served at the Adult Correctional Institutions and thirteen years suspended, with probation. Additionally, the defendant was ordered to register as a sex offender, to attend sex offender counseling...
