The Board on Professional Responsibility has found that respondent Reginald J. Rogers intentionally, dishonestly and criminally misappropriated more than $260,000 from his client Hattie Mae Goode after her husband died. The Board's findings are supported by substantial evidence of record and are not contested; we accept them.
