On June 20, 2003, petitioner filed a petition seeking reinstatement to the roll of attorneys. 134 Ill.2d R. 767. Both the Hearing Board and the Review Board of the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission recommended that petitioner be reinstated to the practice of law. We allowed...
