Jeffrey Shuey appeals his convictions from a jury trial for one felony count of manufacturing more than five grams of marijuana, section 195.211,1 one felony count of possession of more than 35 grams of marijuana, section 195.202, and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use, section 195.233.
