This is an appeal and cross-appeal from a final order of the Judge of Compensation Claims (JCC). The JCC denied Claimant's petition for benefits, finding his hepatitis C was neither presumptively suffered in the line of duty pursuant to section 112.181, Florida Statutes, nor an occupational disease.
