In February 2004, Nicholas Grigg was indicted on one count of possession of child pornography. See 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(4)(B). In accordance with a plea agreement, he pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 37 months' imprisonment and two years' supervised release. Mr. Grigg now challenges his sentence.
