¶ 1 The State charged Jesus Hernandez-Ramirez with one count of violation of a protective order and one count of fourth degree assault. At a pretrial competency hearing, the trial court allowed the State to administer antipsychotic drugs to Hernandez-Ramirez to render him competent to stand trial.
