¶ 1 The State charged Jesus Hernandez-Ramirez with one count of violation of a protective order and one count of fourth degree assault. At a pretrial competency hearing, the trial court allowed the State to administer antipsychotic drugs to Hernandez-Ramirez to render him competent to stand trial. The case proceeded to trial and the trial court found Hernandez-Ramirez guilty as charged. Hernandez-Ramirez now appeals the trial court's order...
