ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

Before the court is Defendant Thetford Township's ("Thetford") motion for summary judgment, filed on February 23, 2005. Because claim preclusion bars Reid's lawsuit, the Court will grant the motion.
