After a jury trial, Mario Lanzo Quillian was found guilty of two counts of malice murder, four alternative counts of felony murder, two counts of aggravated assault, and one count each of possession of a firearm during commission of a felony and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. The trial court treated the felony murder verdicts as surplusage, merged the aggravated assault counts into the malice murder counts, entered judgments of conviction...
