{¶ 1} Defendants-appellants, Northeast Ohio Nephrology Associates, Inc. ("NONA") and Summit Renal Care, L.L.C. ("SRC") have appealed from the judgment of the Summit County Court of Common Pleas that denied plaintiffs-appellees, Marvin Grove and his wife Nancy Grove, access to the medical records of patient Carmella Pleli, but ordered them to disclose the treatment received by Pleli while at NONA's and SRC's facilities.
