In his first six issues, he claims the trial court abused its discretion by: (1) failing to follow proper recusal procedures; (2) denying his motion for continuance; (3) failing to grant his requests for aid in retrieving legal documents, to rule on his motion to subpoena documents, and to respond to letters...
