Pro se appellant Cleveland Green III appeals the trial court's dismissal of his lawsuit for want of prosecution. In his first six issues, he claims the trial court abused its discretion by: (1) failing to follow proper recusal procedures; (2) denying his motion for continuance; (3) failing to grant his requests for aid in retrieving legal documents, to rule on his motion to subpoena documents, and to respond to letters...
