{1} Defendant appeals his convictions for second degree murder and tampering with evidence. On appeal, Defendant argues that plain error occurred due to his trial counsel's failure to file a motion to suppress evidence because the police did not obtain a search warrant prior to collecting evidence from Defendant's home.
