The plaintiff, Billy & Leo, LLC, appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered in favor of the defendant, Gregory Michaelidis, after a trial to the court. On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the court improperly denied its motion to amend the complaint and should have considered evidence supporting a promissory estoppel claim. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
