COCHRAN, J., delivered the opinion of the unanimous Court.

Appellant was convicted of indecency with a child and sentenced to ten years' imprisonment and a fine of $15,000. On appeal, he argued that the trial court erroneously admitted the hearsay testimony by the complainant's mother as a victim outcry statement.
