Terry Lynn Brown appeals his conviction for murder. The jury found appellant guilty, and appellant agreed to a sentence of life imprisonment and a $10,000 fine. Appellant brings six issues asserting (a) the trial court erred by denying appellant's motion to dismiss for lack of a speedy trial, (b) the trial court erred by admitting certain scientific evidence, and (c) cumulative error warranted a new trial.
