Jeffrey James Locklear contends the trial judge committed reversible error when he denied three motions to set aside Locklear's misdemeanor conviction for sexual battery. In those motions, filed ten months after entry of the final conviction order, Locklear alleged (i) his guilty plea was not made voluntarily, intelligently, and knowingly, (ii) the prosecution was barred by the statute of limitations, and (iii) the circuit court lacked subject matter...
