Steven C. Larson brought an action under the Federal Employers' Liability Act (FELA) (45 U.S.C. §§ 51 through 59 (2000)), against CSX Transportation, Inc. (CSXT), for damages for carpal tunnel syndrome allegedly incurred in the course of his employment. The trial court granted defendant's motion for summary judgment. Larson appeals.
