Appellant Ramchand Jagaroo was indicted in trial cause numbers 961,564 and 961,565 for intoxication manslaughter and intoxication assault, respectively. Each indictment contained an enhancement for appellant's prior felony conviction for driving while intoxicated ("DWI"). Appellant pled guilty to both offenses and pled true to the enhancements.
