Fellhauer, suffered injuries after being struck on his motorcycle by a vehicle owned by garnishee, Enterprise Rent-A-Car Company-Midwest (Enterprise), and driven by defendant, Nicole J. Alhorn. Fellhauer sued Alhorn for his personal injuries and was awarded a default judgment against her in the amount of $450,000.
