In this workers' compensation dispute, the employer/defendant, Barbera Chevy-Chrysler Company, Inc., appeals a judgment rendered in favor of the employee/plaintiff, Clint J. Crochet, Sr. that, among other things, found Clint Crochet had not violated La.
