Northampton Township (Township) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County (trial court) denying its Petition to Vacate the Act 1111 Arbitration Award which directed employee contributions to the police pension plan to be capped at a maximum of 3% which was 2% lower than existed in the previous police pension plan.
