¶ 1. Tissus Horton was convicted in the Circuit Court of Lee County of felony child abuse and was sentenced to a term of twenty years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, with eight years suspended, and five years of post-release supervision. Following the denial of her motion for JNOV or, in the alternative, a new trial, Horton timely appealed to this Court. Finding no reversible error, we affirm the judgment...
