Appellant Mahmood Khoshayand was convicted of aggravated sexual assault of a child under the age of fourteen. See TEX. PEN.CODE ANN. §§ 22.021(a)(1)(A)(iii), 22.021(a)(2)(B) (Vernon 2003).
