DIAMOND, District Judge.

Plaintiff and class representative David Wisniewski alleges that magazine and book publisher Rodale, Inc. violated a federal statute and various state laws when it enrolled him and others in its annual book program. Rodale has moved for summary judgment, arguing, in part, that the federal statute provides no private right of action. I agree and dismiss Wisniewski's federal claim. I also dismiss Wisniewski's state law claims...
