These disciplinary matters are before the Court pursuant to six Notices of Discipline filed by the State Bar alleging that Spurgeon Green III, who was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1995, violated Rules 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.15(I)(b), 1.16(d), 3.2, 8.4(a)(4), and 9.3 of the Rules of Professional Conduct found in Bar Rule 4-102(d).
