I. Introduction

Appellant Efrain Alameda appeals his convictions for aggravated sexual assault of a child under fourteen. In two issues, appellant argues that an audiotape of his sexual conversations with a minor child and a transcription of the audiotape should have been excluded. In his third issue, appellant contends that the cumulation of his sentences is not authorized by the United States Constitution....
