Tyrone Mingo brings this petition, pro se, pursuant to 28 USC § 2255 to vacate, set aside or correct his sentence. On April 12, 2002, Mingo pled guilty to one count of conspiring to commit bank fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371, and two substantive counts of bank fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1344 and 2. On November 18, 2002, he was sentenced principally to 37 months of imprisonment...
