Following a jury trial, Walter George Awada was convicted of one count of conspiracy to launder money and five substantive counts of money laundering. He received a three-year probationary sentence. He appeals his convictions, arguing that the district court1 erred in failing to grant his motion for judgment of acquittal. We affirm.
