¶ 1. This cause was initiated on June 27, 1997, after Joseph L. Wilson ("Jody") filed his complaint for divorce in the Chancery Court of Rankin County against his wife, Jo P. Wilson ("Jo"). On October 22, 2003 the Chancery Court of Rankin County, Mississippi, entered a final judgment setting forth the division of the marital assets of the parties to the action.
