Shannon Martica Lewis was indicted for the unlawful manufacture of a controlled substance in the second degree by possessing a precursor chemical — pseudoephedrine — with the intent to unlawfully manufacture methamphetamine, a violation of § 13A-12-217, Ala.Code 1975.
