¶ 1. This case is an appeal of an issue that was decided by the Mississippi Court of Appeals in an opinion dated April 16, 2002. At issue on remand was whether Judy Lynn Goodson was entitled to any portion of the 401K account of her former husband, William David Goodson. The Chancery Court of DeSoto County, Mississippi, decided to divide the marital assets equally, valued the marital property, and held that Judy Goodson was not entitled...
