Appellant, Lewis Earl Davenport, appeals from a judgment of the McCreary Circuit Court. Following a jury trial, Appellant was found guilty of murder and first-degree robbery. He was sentenced to fifty years' imprisonment for the murder conviction and received ten years' imprisonment for the robbery conviction, to be served concurrently.
