Martha Burke, plaintiff below, appeals the trial court's final summary judgment dismissing her claims against Insurance Auto Auctions Corp. a/k/a Insurance Auto Auction. On appeal, Burke argues the trial court erred when it granted summary judgment in favor of IAA concluding, as a matter of law, she failed to file her claims for negligence, tortious interference with a contract, and fraud before the two-year statute of limitations...
