Appellant Kennedy C. Scott appeals the district court's grant of summary judgment in his Title VII action. Appellee, the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City (the "Bank"), moves to dismiss the appeal for lack of jurisdiction because the notice of appeal was filed fifty-five days after the judgment was entered. Under Fed. R. of App. P. 4(a)(1)(A) a Notice of Appeal "must be filed with the district clerk within 30 days after the judgment or order...
