{¶ 1} The State of Ohio appeals the judgment of the Ross County Court of Common Pleas that granted Ezekeil Roulette's motion to dismiss based on a statutory speedy-trial violation. The state argues that the trial court erred when it found that it failed to exercise reasonable diligence to bring Roulette to trial.
