Opinion by Justice CARTER.

After pleading guilty without the benefit of a negotiated plea agreement, the trial court found Shawn Marcus Cummings guilty of stealing over $20,000.00 worth of compact disks and other merchandise from the Lifeway Christian Store in Longview, Texas, and the court sentenced Cummings to seven years' imprisonment. Cummings now appeals the trial court's judgment, arguing that the trial court erred in failing to admonish Cummings...
