KLINE, Judge.

{¶ 1} Michael Morris appeals the conviction and sentence entered by the Pickaway County Court of Common Pleas. Morris contends that his sentence is unconstitutional because the trial court increased his sentence because he asserted his right to a trial by jury. Because we find that the trial court's comments at the sentencing hearing indicate that the court considered Morris's exercise of his right to a jury trial as an aggravating factor in sentencing...
