Robinson ("Robinson") alleges that his former Attorneys, Joseph Bodoff ("Attorney Bodoff) and Preston Halperin ("Attorney Halperin"), and their law firm, Shectman Levy & Halperin ("SLH") committed fraud and malpractice while representing him on several legal matters. Robinson now moves for partial summary judgment on the issue of liability for malpractice (Docket No. 16)...
