The Director of Revenue ("Director") appeals the judgment setting aside the suspension of the driving privileges of Lazaros Mayridis ("Driver"). In the sole point on appeal, the Director argues that the trial court erred in setting aside the suspension of Driver's driving privileges because the record was sufficient for the Director to establish a prima facie case under section 302.505.
