OPINION

MATHIAS, Judge.

Raymond Hall ("Hall") pled guilty in Grant Superior Court to three counts of Class C felony child molesting, Class D felony providing obscene matter to minors, and Class A misdemeanor exhibition of obscene matter. He was sentenced to an aggregate sentence of twenty years: nineteen years executed and one year suspended. Hall was also ordered to pay one-half of his appellate attorney fees and all costs for preparation of the transcript...
