Anthony Horton appeals from the denial of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. Mr. Horton was convicted of three counts of first degree sexual assault of a child, in violation of Wis. Stat. § 948.02(1).
