Iketha Saunders filed a personal injury suit against Appellees on behalf of herself and her minor children. The court granted Appellees' no-evidence summary judgment motion and denied Saunders's motion to reopen, which she filed about one month later. Saunders contends in three issues that the court abused its discretion by: (1) denying her motion to reopen; (2) denying a continuance motion she filed on the day of the summary...
