K.M.R., and her mother, Michelle Ray, appeal from the final judgment of the Hopkins Circuit Court which upheld an exclusion in a homeowner's policy issued by the appellee, Foremost Insurance Group (Foremost). Foremost claimed that its policy excluded from coverage the acts of sexual molestation complained of by K.M.R. in an underlying lawsuit.
