Defendant was convicted, after a jury trial, of one count of robbery in the first degree, ORS 164.415, one count of robbery in the second degree, ORS 164.405, and one count of tampering with a witness, ORS 162.285. The trial court merged the robbery convictions and sentenced defendant to 90 months' imprisonment.
