This is an appeal from the district court's decision finding Defendant-Appellant Boyd B. Greene in contempt for violating its order enjoining him from using the intellectual property of his former employer, Gnesys, Inc. It found that Greene had illegally used confidential and proprietary information regarding Gnesys's products in marketing his own product overseas.
