seeks review of a Workers' Compensation Board order setting aside employer's denial of claimant's claim for a combined condition of an L4-5 herniated disc. ORS 656.298 (2003), amended by Or Laws 2005, ch 188, § 3. The board concluded that claimant's work injury, not his preexisting degenerative disc disease, was the major contributing cause of the disability or need for treatment of the condition. ORS 656.005(7)(a)(B).
