When the driver of one vehicle saw what he thought was a gun in the defendant's vehicle as both traveled down a highway, he contacted the police. A State trooper stopped the defendant and arrested him when it became apparent that, although he had a firearm identification (FID) card permitting him to transport the two rifles and the shotgun that were in his truck, he did not have a valid license to carry...
