Shields seek an injunction to enjoin their homestead mortgage lender, Ameriquest Mortgage Company, and WM Specialty Mortgage, LLC, (Ameriquest) from foreclosing on relators' homestead pursuant to a deed of trust sale, pending resolution of an interlocutory appeal from the trial court's order dissolving the temporary injunction.
