This case is before us on a reservation and report by a single justice of this court. The petitioner, Victor J. Hunt, sought relief in the county court pursuant to G. L. c. 211, § 3, from three orders of single justices of the Appeals Court reducing (but not waiving) the appellate docketing fees for three civil appeals that Hunt sought to have entered in the Appeals Court.
