On 5 January 2004 defendant was indicted for possession of cocaine and being an habitual felon. Defendant waived arraignment and entered a plea of not guilty on 13 January 2004. At trial the State presented evidence tending to show that on 8 November 2003 defendant was stopped by Officer Dan Worley of the Clinton Police Department because Officer Worley was aware of an outstanding warrant for defendant...
